Website upgrade / modern UI design / responsive

I have a custom website upgrade task, which was created 15 years ago. It's written in ASP "classic" with MySQL DB. This project entails re-creating ONLY three pages from website (at this stage) in Classic ASP. You need to come up with a modern UI design for the front end, menu (in header), main page banner/ticker. Also, a responsive, intuitive, ergonomic, mobile friendly website. Any other valuable suggestions are welcome. We may need you to come up with a suggested mock up. Once selected: -o- Site link/details will be provided. -o- You will provide first three pages templates with dummy text for approval. -o- Once desing final, you will be converting actual three pages to responsive pages. -o- All files name, folders, dynamics content need to remain same. ASP classic code like connection strings etc. need to copy-paste and make sure work same as in old pages. I will test your new modified pages and in case if issues, you will help to troubleshoot till resolution. -o- All standard SEO requirements need to meet in updated pages. Please bid only if you have good knowledge in IIS/Classic ASP/mysql and have worked on responsive web pages.
