Website Needed

Small webpage needed for charity. Templates can be used (maybe something like [login to view URL]). Will have 5 links to subpages. 1) information regarding the charity organization 2) news from the charity 3) pictures from charity events 4) A List of members of the charity foundation 5) membership page with a small table indicating donation values 6) Contact page I can add the content. I need the structure and framework of the site. I prefer CSS so it is nice and clean. Again, you can use template. I know how to do webdesigning, but since I'm limited on time, I'm outsourcing this. Max I can afford to pay is $55. The person with the best demo and most reasonable bid price will win this.
