Turbo theme shopify design Portland need to add some upgrades

Hello, I am looking for someone to help me continue/finish the design of my current website. I have worked on it and have a very good design but looking to enhance it even more and make it look nicer. You need to edit product varients option display, product description area, and a few other small changes. The theme that I am running is a Turbo theme portland. Please note that I want someone that has experience designing Shopify themes. Thank you
