Senior Living CareSuite

iDeskMD™ is developing a Senior Living Care Suite for Transcensus™ and for its other Clients to support the Senior Living Industry, with emphasis on Assisted Living Facilities, Independent Living, and Memory Care. For purposes of this scope of work the acronym AL and term Senior Living shall be used interchangeably to describe the core industry this software caters to. Transcensus™ is a patient centric Healthcare Services and Technology Company providing doctors and caregivers with our highly intuitive web based Medical Operating System. This innovative next generation OS, designed and built by iDeskMD, and licensed to Transcensus for the AL vertical, can be accessed securely from any location, and may be used by an unlimited number of clinicians within the care team. This scope of work put together by iDeskMD™ is a collaboration between iDeskMD and Transcensus and its first premiere AL client who has many facilities to put this software to use right now, once its built and tested. We are developing a next generation user friendly highly dynamic senior living care suite for use within our Medical Operating System and outside of the system as a standalone web based application. This application should be able to be white labelled, meaning any logo uploaded to the application to allow the care suite to be “co-Branded” with the AL company’s logo. The source code shall be owned by iDeskMD and may not be used by any organization outside of iDeskMD without iDeskMD’s written signed consent. iDeskMD will license same accordingly to its clients, of which Transcensus is herein its very first. Since some of the modules generate Point of Sale (POS) transactions and actual funds collection via ACH and other, the Application must integrate and have RESTFUL API Code Published as part of this scope of work and can automatically output financial data to Accounting Programs. Use of API, HL7 and potentially Blockchain Technology are important to this scope, given that there are Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s and quasi clinical work product) that will need to be connected to our already built EHR (Electronic Medical Records) software and the pharmaceutical interface which also requires HL7. Blockchain is likely to be used for login purposes and for distributed ledger output. In the scope of work, use of blockchain is optional to be discussed minimally. Data must be able to flow into and out of this application very readily yet must be secure. The application itself must be built knowing that while not required historically, this must be developed and coded with a HIPAA compliant mindset and understanding that this suite will connect to ALEXA EHR, and contains clinical references and potential resident/patient data and as such must have the standard HIPAA audit functionality.
