nature and well being

I personally believe that humankind can not exhaust all the benefits hidden in understanding and exploiting nature. My interest goes to exploration of how nature helps us to be well (find peace) and to stay well( keep peace). My project is based on two main tools which are: "the nature-based philosophy" and " nature-based solutions to social problems". We often forget the truth that lies before our eyes: our artificial actions, though useful, they disturb the balance of the cosmos in the universe. Our world is a small component of the large universe hence every imbalance in the cosmos is responded to by a counteract in an attempt to restore the balance. Now, you wonder, why would anyone care about this? Because the consequences of the imbalance and the response to it, are suffered by the humankind. I want to make this concrete to everyone by discussing an imbalance that we all suffer because of our helpful but artificial communication methods that we have created. Has anyone noticed how social media makes us seem well by making us unwell? The way we fight to look as great as everyone else on social media, while we actually are loosing our greatness in the process? My point is that social media is helpful and it would be more helpful if we managed to align it with the nature. We can easily make our world, better by simply generating centers of interest that are based on nature in all sectors, for example: tourism, social media, free-time management and workplace environment creation. THE WAY TO WELL-BEING IS LIGHTED BY NATURE.
