Migrating my free hosted Wordpress Blog to A Domain

am seeking someone who can install the latest version of WordPress for me, on my own domain, and set it up with the same, or a very similar upgrade of tmy current minimalist theme.  So basically migrate my free WordPress blog, to a domain hosted paid account, keeping the look similar to my currently hosted (free) WordPress account here:  [login to view URL], and migrate things over, in a more clean manner.  In simple terminology, I want to take/migrating over my current free WordPress hosted blog, to a paid host with a domain name. I deserve this professional upgrade.  It’s time.  Especially knowing it will definitely motivate me to blog in a more consistent, daily fashion… which will keep any potential readers/subscribers coming back.  I have things to share on a blog, great useful things, and it knowing the only thing stopping me, is my tendency to be a perfectionist and that’s not healthy... for it’s caused me to abandon projects, give up on posts, stop halfway on tasks, etc.  I cant do everything.  I want to only have to focus on writing with everything else setup perfectly with little neeed maintenance.   I want to migrate and continue my old WordPress hosted (free) blog, under to my own domain installed WordPress account.   Because again I’m ready to give myself an upgrade, not only to provide total flexibility in the resulting look/design, but to give an AD-free  professional appearance to visitors. Launching this blog under my own domain will put myself back into habit of consistent blogging/motivate and excite me to write.  I know with a fresh new setup, domain name (.com) a cleaner, and AD free design… my new personal blog will most defiantly provide NO excuses for me to not write and producing content, abecuse there will finally be someone else on my team to taking care of the LOOK of the blog, and theme, I can focus on writing entries, and ultimately become massikvely more productive.   So need someone to take a look at my original blog site here ([login to view URL]) and essentially give me a similar theme and look when migrating everything over to my own domain and host provider.  To result in giving me and my blogsite: ultimate professionalism and flexibility.  Make sense?  If further clarity is required, please let me know, I’ll be glad to assist..
