Migrate legacy web content to Wordpress

We are planning a new website server running Wordpress, starting with the same content as on our old one. To migrate the old content we need someone to copy all text, graphics and website structure to a Wordpress "backup" that we can then unpack onto the new server when its up and running. There are some graphics and small tables, but basically the website is "flat" information-only one, with no scripting. There is a "news and events" page. I've counted 75 pages on the website, but I may have missed a few - but there are certainly <100. If you are interested in the project I can send you the URL to take a look at. We are not concerned with details - just a simple, clean transfer of most of the content to Wordpress. If individual details are difficult to replicate in Wordpress we'll just omit them.
