Design & Build a website and an iOS/Android App

This project has 2 sections: PS: The logo of the website and the Application's icons to be provided. So there is no need for these to be done. Website: ======= Web Design And Development of the following pages: - About - Portfolio - Practice - Specialty - Press - Contact - Find us on apple store and google play section Features: - English/Arabic/French Languages. - Activation of Social Media Links on the Website Development of all pages with user friendly admin system to update website constantly (Wordpress CMS is ok) - Responsive website, must work on all screen sizes App: (iOS, Android, Smartphones and tablets/iPads) ====== Features: - Splash Screen - push notifications to receive latest news and updates, the old notifications can be accessed from the "news" section. (this app will be used in 3 different countries so when the admin is sending the notifications he must be able to choose the country is sending the push notification to with ability to send to all countries) -Procedures & Photo Gallery where customer can view over 300+ before & after photos from real surgeries performed by the Dr. There must be ability to add/remove procedures & photos from the backend. - "Patient History" section where patient can login and find his history displayed such as what surgery he did and on which date including basic info such as phone nb, address, name, medics he took, how much he paid, any other text notes. The accounts are created by the admin (surgeon) from the backend -About Dr.'s name section. Once it's clicked, the Dr. will have access to a page that has his photo along with a text and at the bottom there will be 3 tabs: "About Dr." "Contact Us" "Request Consultation".
