I'm looking for someone that completely understands a 360-degree interactive panoramic framework like KR pano. It does not have to be specifically KR pano but a 360-degree framework in general. I'm looking to create (design) a fully immersive website for client however I'm looking to outsource the development. The ideal person for this job should have an eye for design however especially be able to be detail oriented in the code(DRY). The scope of the project is fairly straight forward however should you have any other question I'd be happy to discuss as I'm excited about the project. At the moment, the scope of the website/project is a static site so no backend content uploading management etc will be needed which should help cut down on cost of development time etc.
Way To capture 360 Video Content:
I'm looking create a video/360 panoramic experience similar to the following link below.
The Experience will be captured indoors however, it will be a 360-degree video captured by a
bubl camera or another 360-degree camera.
As well there will be need to be music functionality. The project is for a music producer and the site will be used for a promotional new experience for his new body of work.
There will more than likely be a specifically selected queue of songs that will need to be able to have the ability to skip to the next track

How to use:
Desktop>, a user should be able to navigate via the directional arrows
(up, right, left, down)
Mobile(specifically Iphone 6, Iphone 6+)> a user should have the ability to navigation be wherever the users thumb is view, look around in the experience. I can iterate over this more in further details once the developer has been established and as well once the design is further honed in.
Chrome, Firefox and Safari for all desktop experiences as well as one of the latest versions of IE .The Client uses a windows device however I believe he uses chrome.
for mobile no firefox however Chrome, Safari and IE for windows tablet/mobile devices.
as far as budget is concerned I've just randomly selected a price tier so please in advanced do not take offence as am really trying to at least get a feel for the level of development needing along with price etc.
Again if there are any questions concerns or anything in general please feel free to reach out to me.
