I would need to develop a simple application for entery of georeferenced data on records of animals (similar to the way how iNaturalist works). We have app basics developed in Fulcrum and this can be used as template. Now we need custom app to be created that can make georef. mapping anywhere in the world, upload photo, audio, video, have delayed upload (if no internet), multi user, etc. We prefer data saving in ESRIGIS formats or compatible options.
