Build me a website

We are a company that collects unwanted furniture and on-sells it. Most of the furniture we get is of good quality and in good condition, but obviously is used furniture. We need a website that has up to 10 product categories, and up to 4 sub-categories for each category. At any time the website might have about 500 products. Each product needs a descriptor and up to 5 photos. measurements, condition and other general information will be added to each product. Obviously a price for each product. There is only ONE of every product, so as soon as it is SOLD, it will need to be archived. As soon as it is RESERVED it will stay on the site, but be marked with a RESERVED stamp. We have resellers, so we need to be able to track who sold what. Allow up to 20 resellers. Resellers need to be able to access the system at a restricted level, so the site will need two levels of control access. Obviously, we want it east and simple to add a new product. I prefer to do this using scripts with a per-determined input process. We will have delivery costs. These will be based on a table of costs and customer location. This will be supplied as an excel spreadsheet. We will need a payment portal, so i assume we will use an "off the shelf" option In the first phase of the design, we will just use place holders for company name, logo and catchphrase as these are not yet finalised.
