build simple mockup in photoshop

I have a mockup build under balsamic mockups, exported in jpeg (attached). I need it converted as a PSD mockup to help me create my web design easily and quicker. What needs to be done : - PSD file prepared for web design with 1200 grid layout system (attached) - 1200 grid centered in a 1600 wide canvas - All blocks and titles correctly organized in layers and layer folders - All layers and layer folders named (in english or french) - no design except font styling : everything needs to be black, grey and white : background is grey, blocks are white, texts are black - texts styles must all be with Raleway font (attached). H1, H2, H3, full text, quotes (etc.) must all use different sizes and styles of this railway font. Font styles must be organized with photoshop styles function, to let me change the font size, color or font later in just one click. - all texts of the - all blocks must accurately follow the grid (pixel perfect alignments) Deliverables : - PSD file with RGB color setting Delay : - 4 days Other info : 1/ !!!
