Hi, I have done the same kind of project few months ago. I will use Opencart as CMS, and will write my custom module for the rental service. There are other things also in calculating, how fast I could complete this project. Like rental logic of your site. => you will enter product per hour price and then it will be charge to user depend on his entry of hours. or => You will enter a fixed time slot like $10 for 3 days or $20 for 4 days and use will select those time slot and based on user selection from calendar it auto set the return date. for example, if user selected 14 July and product charge $5 for 2 days then return date will be auto set to 16 July. For the design part, you have to purchase theme or provide me theme from your end. I can do changes on theme but I am not designer. which payment gateway you will use or it will be cash on delivery.
