Build a 'UK land value calculator' website plugin

Summary
 - The “UK land value calculator” is a website plugin which estimates the market value of land (predominantly garden land) in the UK based on inputs provided by plugin users.

 - The website plugin presents to users a map of the UK and asks them find the land that they wish to value using address, postcode and/or Land Registry title number. 

 - Users are are prompted to highlight the land on the map they wish to value using a drawing tool. Once highlighted, users are asked a short series of questions about the characteristics of the land.

 - According to a calculation (tbd) which uses a series of variables including land area, local property prices, land characteristics and other relevant inputs, the user receives a value estimate for the highlighted land. - 
The plugin then recommends company property development services to the user.

 1. User enters property details and locates property
 2. User is presented with a boundary map of the land plot 3. Using a drawing tool, the user highlights the land they wish to value 4. User enters information into questionnaire about land characteristics.
 Example questions:
 - Does the land have planning permission?
 - Does the land have access? 5. User receives land value estimate and information about development potential of the land. 

 e.g. Land estimated to be worth £200,000-£300,000

 Development potential is high. Property is not in the greenbelt/conservation area/AONB/tree preservation orders.
 6. User is asked whether they would like a free consultation on land development from company Datasets required 1. UK property prices by postcode/road/ward/parish or any other local designator (ONS, Zoopla ([login to view URL]), Right move) 
2. UK property boundaries map (Ordinance Survey, OS partner, Land registry). If property boundary maps too difficult/expensive to acquire, google maps should be fine.
