Build ecommerce website with mobile phone application

Hi there, I want to build a magneto ecommerce website with Native applications the website should have the following future: 1- We will sell a clothes, shoes and accessories for Man and Woman. 2- The web Site should have different store or vendors, each vender we will provide him with user name and password to access his control panel to add or edit or delete his product, and the action will take effect after our approval. 3- Each product image in the web site should have a logo of the vendor or store automatically. 4- The user can login with social media access. 5- The user can browse the categories by (categories, vendor or shop and Brand). 6- The website should have FAQ extension and customized contact us. 7- The web site should have two languages (Arabic and English). 8- The search can be filter it depending in (size, color, style, material ,….etc) 9- The invoice should be readable in English or Arabic. 10- The user can register or checkout as guest without email address. The phone number is required instead of email address. 11- The checkout page should be customized as per our requirement. 12- The mobile application should have the similar function.
