Please read carefully and when you place the bid please report this sentence: "I agree to receive my money after work completion". We won't offer initial milestone. We are looking for a skilled designer that can easilly and quickly convert an existing Joomla template to Wordpress. The theme you have to start from is already live and is based on Joomla. No direct access to it is given. We would like to keep the new Wordpress template design as similar as possible to the old one. You must be able to create a widget ready theme. Basically we just want to delete some parts and move a menu to another position; the colours must be identical. Required: - Good knowledge of CSS and XHTML - Wordpress Themes - Compatibility with all browsers and possibily with mobile devices -- Elastic layout Nice to have: - Portfolio to show us / links to Wordpress themes done by you - Good feedback on Freelancer.com We are working on Wordpress 3.2.1, you must have a local installation on your computer.
