Logo and packaging design for small Arabian perfume business

Searching for an artistic and talented logo designer who is also an experienced website builder! I have started a small boutique business which imports rare perfumes, essential oils, resins, and beauty apparel from the Arabian Gulf, North and West Africa, and Turkey. I intend for this business to be both retail and wholesale. I need a logo for the business - to start off with. This logo must be legible at different sizes - that is, it must be clear and legible at the small size it would appear on a perfume or essential oil bottle - but it must also be able to be sized up without losing impact. I would prefer the logo to have the positive space/negative space qualities of a woodcut or silhouette, because I would like it to be able to be printed in only two colours. I wanted this positive/negative quality also because it may be made into a leather stamp or a clothing label. To start with, those colours would probably be a deep indigo inky blue, and cream, but for different products I might change the colours while keeping the logo the same. Some of the motifs I have been playing around with have been: palm trees (obvious), the crescent moon and stars, the night sky, the repetitive mathematical patterns of Arabic design, the frames of ancient Arabian windows, and some motifs that I have found in my travels that are connected with South Arabia where my rarest and oldest products come from. I have included a number of files in this brief, pictures to look at as inspiration and source materials, as well as some mock-ups that were done for me by my mum, who is a wonderful painter but has no computer background (and neither do I!). I don't just want an Arabic tile pattern - the logo needs to be quite unique. The logo would sometimes appear with the company name beneath it (Queen of Sheba), but would equally need to stand alone. It is very important to me to get this right, as most of what I carry is not known in this country and so the appearance and the marketing are very important. Equally important is that the logo refers somehow to Arabia or invokes the name 'Queen of Sheba', but without looking like a Middle Eastern flag. One of my biggest customers looks like being the Catholic Archdiocese! Whilst other customers are the Greek Orthodox Church, various Islamic supply shops, and several inner-city boutique perfumeries as well as the general public. The logo has to be beautiful, but not religious-looking in any way. I don't want anybody to look at it and think of the Turkish or Moroccan flag! It will be used to brand everything I carry as well as be the header for a business card and for a website. The reason I specified that the person who designs the logo must be able to design webpages etc is because if everything turns out well, I am ultimately looking for a designer who can also build me an online shop. I need someone with a beautiful aesthetic as well as a good technical ability. At some point, the website might also carry an Arabic version, but we'll cross that bridge later. But first, I need a logo. Attached are some of the images that have inspired me, as well as some of the designs my mum came up with. Please have a look at them. I love the motif from QS5 - but it is very difficult to translate that hand-drawn quality to a very small image that has only two colours.
