298145 Church (Christan) Template

I need a web site template for our church. It is a Christan church. Here is what we would like in our template: 1) Two Columns - (one for left hand navigation - no greater than 20%), (the other for the body content) 2) We would like a stained glass type image incorporated (no supplied) 3) We would like a dove image incorporated (not included) Deliverable: Adobe PSD file format, CSS would be nice.
