sell my website/webpages

Hi I will make a/some website(s)that I want you to sell. I can customize my web site and build new ones on request. Here,you are the agent and as soon as I receive my money from my client , you will get 30% of the amount I got in hand. My web site will primarily be made in HTML,Dreamweaver/Front Page,small things in Flash,Photshop and if required a little bit of VB script,Java Script,PHP,XML etc Though I have selected a budget , you can neglect it as you will get 30% of what I get in hand if you are able to sell the project or if you convinvce somebody to buy my web sites/web pages.
