Software Testing & Support Professional • Testing experience includes Black box and white box, Functional, GUI Testing, Web Service Testing, and Database Testing. • Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Case creation, Defect tracking and reporting. • Experience in Production Support for BPM flows (applications) developed using ActiveVOS. • Good knowledge and experience in Database and SQL. • Experience in Data Sourcing and Data Configuration on Master Data Management Platform. • Strong analytical, problem solving skills and ability to handle multiple roles in a project.
