Thanks for the invite. I went over the attached documents. The descriptions seems clear and precise. I do not foresee any major issues with completing this in the bid time. Creating a ribbon is a little complicated - if it is a MUST requirement I will need more time to implement it. It would be easier if this is put on a form as a button. Also regarding the form where you filter records, I can provide with a much more advanced search form where you can search for one or more fields of your choice (Not limited to ones described) - will be happy provide with a sample if required. regards Rajiv
