Greetings, If you are using VB6 or .net, I can help you doing that using formula field to text box placeholder in crystal report design , then you can passe it’s values from the code in your application that calls the OCX or the report Dll before displaying it to user or printing it I do not know what makes it looks horrible as you said !!, it is just displayed as it is, you can adjust the word document itself, like removing the margins,line space setting..etc to properly fit in your report space Regards, Rageh Software Development Pro
