I am looking for someone to design a form in Microsoft Word 2010 that will allow me to press a button and/or checkbox, etc and for a macro/text to be inserted into the document. I would provide the text but would also like the ability to change/amend the text. The form would be used for me to collect information whilst on site, i.e. press a button and/or tick a text box, such as check the box for a house has a brick chimney and pre-defined text would be inserted into the template.

Dear Arekid I have Vba macros intermediate to advanced skills for Microsoft office applications mainly for spreadsheets. I may be able to write macros for Word following your description. To be honest on this, it will be experimental, but if I bid and I don't get at all to any of your expected results, I will not require any payments from this project or else if I can complete some tasks but not all, I'll adjust the bid and lower the amount I am requesting. Hi Arekid, This is very straight forward and if there are not too many form fields, would be a very quick job. If you want to change what text gets inserted, the easiest way is to have the default text in the form that you can change if you need to before inserting. Kind regards Beth
