Rip a page design

I need someone to rip the page design at [login to view URL] , I require the .PSD file. This is a very easy project, and I am looking to develop a long term relationship with a designer. I am setting the price low so I can see what the designer can do before I give large scaled projects. This is a dirt easy project so I expect it to be done quickly. The coder that sucessfully completes this project will recieve numerous others. Just look at my feedback and notice that I use the same coders over frequently and regularly give bonuses.
