Design a Web Template

This can be a very quick and easy work for someone who knows designing in photoshop and then using validated xhtml/html and css to design webpages. I am looking for Real Estate/Property website template with a logo, header, navigational menu and footer. Two pages: Main Page and Content Page If you have done similar designs before, just show them to me and I can approve if I like. Otherwise, just design simple and professional looking light weight template. No need of flash or any fancy work. I need the page to load fast. Please read the attached document for exact details. It isn't much and complex work and can be done easily by graphic design professionals. It would be great if you can show previous examples of your similar website designing template work. Would be easy for me to select a coder.
