Design Our Newsletter

Hi, We are currently undergoing a rebranding of our firm. We have redesigned our site ( the new design is attached in the detailed description. We have redesigned our logo ( Can be found with final details ) We need for someone to come up with the theme design for the newsletter. **Newsletter Details **The name of the newsletter is "VEA Voice" ** **We intend on sending out a 1-2 page (5-6 article) newsletter via email in pdf format every single month. ## Deliverables **HOW IT WILL WORK **Send us a visual representation of how you would personally design the newsletter and if we like your design, we'll select you and change it and tweak it to make it optimal. **PLATFORM** To make it as dynamic and easy to edit as possible we'll need the newsletter theme design in: * MS Word format * MS Word template format * PSD Format * PDF Format * HTML format * Whatever other format you deem worthy. Everything needs to be accessible and usable by both MACs and PCs, as we have staff that use both. Please quote "hilly" to be considered **DESIGN CONSTRAINTS **Make sure you make prominent use of the logo (which is attached) We will use the following design as our beginning model and we will make changes and tweaks to it until we feel we are able to use it as our newsletter template. We reserve the right to make changes for between 24 - 48 hours. We want the colours and theme to be based around our logo (which I have attached in a variety of sizes) **NEWSLETTER MODEL **In case you might be wondering what a newsletter might look like, we have also attached an image of a newsletter, feel free to use its layout as inspiration. We will make changes for 24 - 48 hours after accepting the best newsletter design.
