CSS Template Quickly

I need a quick CSS template made for me.? It? needs to be based on the Free template titled Purple Haze I have a site that lists businesses in all 50 states.? ? I would like the states listed on the left hand column, Each state will be linked to a page such as:? Georgia will be linked to [login to view URL] Each time the visitor clicks on a state name, the list for that state will show up in the middle window.? On the right hand side, will be a set of links to offers, email contact, and phone.? I can enter that later. ## Deliverables I will be using Dreamweaver to edit and update this site.
