Virtual Assistant using shopify annd dropfied

I am looking for a Virtual Assistant to fulfill orders on my Shopify store. You will be working with Shopify, the Dropfied app within Shopify and Aliexpress. Also the Slack messenger app in the future to communicate with colleagues. Full training is provided in the form of a 50 minute over the shoulder video of all the tasks the job entails and a full instructional document with screenshots (2 hours of pay given in training at the beginning). The job will start off with at least 3 hour a day (you can choose a weekend day to have off if you want) guaranteed. I am expecting my store to take off soon. I would then require a few hours a day up to full time. ============ Experience with fulfilling orders on Aliexpress is an advantage. Experience with Dropfied is a bigger plus. If none, full training is provided anyway. The ordering system I have is mainly push button and process based, with some work on Google looking up addresses (when there is missing data), so the main qualities I am looking for are: - Reliability - Attention to detail (avoiding complanency/mistakes) - Communication (you will communicating with the customer service rep over order changes, cancellations etc...) Company rules: #2- You MUST be available for at least a 1-hour team meeting- EVERY SINGLE DAY! This is 100% mandatory. If you cannot talk over Skype this job is NOT for you. I like to communicate with my entire staff and if we need to get on a team meeting this is something you must do. #3- You MUST MUST MUST (very important) have the willingness to want our company to succeed. If you don't want our company to succeed you will not be hired. #4- You MUST be working efficiently. If you do not work efficiently and you try to steal from the company you will be fired, reported, and I will dispute the work you have done. Its very simple - don't lie. #6- YOU MUST BE BY YOUR COMPUTER AT ALL TIMES WHEN YOU ARE WORKING. I do not like "breaks". If you want food I don't care. I do not tolerate 1-hour breaks every day. If you are looking to take a break, this job isn't for you. #7- Prepare to be watched. You are going to have your computer monitored every single minute while you are working for us. It's a company rule and we are very strict on this. #8- If you agree to these rules and terms, our company is SUPER fun to work for. Once you start moving up I will allow you to start choosing your day of the week to work however starting off we need 7 days a week And you will have opportunity to handle office in your location. #8- Being able to speak fluent English and be able to understand and hold a conversation with a customer is SUPER important. If you cannot hold a conversation with a customer and have the right manners you will not be in our company for long.
