I am looking for an organized Virtual Assistant who will be able to help simplify life through organization and aid my team by taking on and executing multiple projects. Here's what you need to know: Your Responsibilities Could Include: - Data Analysis/Entry - into Excel, Word or other programs - Research - using the Internet or other information databases - Outbound Calling - to clients, vendors or others - Social Media and blog management - Travel planning and coordination - Email management - Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online - Must be accessible, online via Skype during agreed-upon office hours Your Qualifications: - Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred - Broadband Internet connection - Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong communications skills and attention to detail a must - Great English speaker - Spanish speaker a plus!

Dear Hiring Staff I was an Administrative Assistant in an Oil Company in the Middle East with experience in Office Management for five (5) years. I am interested in your job post that specifically requires accuracy and consistency. I believe these are what I do best. My previous job cannot afford to have lapses in manpower scheduling particularly leaves and absences of employees, travel schedules and allowances, personnel profile availability, personnel periodic evaluations, recommendations for promotions and preparation of office activity reports. The office I handled caters to almost a hundred employees and I understand each of them, including Foremen and Supervisors are satisfied with the services I offered as evident by the good reviews earned in the span of time I worked with them. I am proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications. I have good command in the English language both written and oral. I could easily adjust to work pressures and adapt new assigned tasks. I would sincerely appreciate if you could take time to discuss with me this application at your convenience. I'm a Assistant Company Manager in the Non-Profit New York City theater industry (most recently job was the Lincoln Center Festival 2011) who has returned to school for one last year. Last February I went to Chicago on vacation so I am familiar with the city despite living on the other side of the USA. I have access to Skype and my Blackberry at virtually all hours of the day. I would like to bid on your project as I have read through your proposal and I feel I have the desired skills. I am based in the UK, which will not prevent me from working the hours required for the role. I am a native English speaker with a British accent to be proud of. I have spent over 10 years working with HR, the last 5 in management roles where I held a senior position. I am self confident and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal that would impress not just the US President, but also the UK PM at the same time. I am able to negotiate effectively to seek a win win situation, my experience has been built by working with Trade Unions negotiating on subjects such as pay, terms and conditions and H&S. I have lead teams across multiple sites within the UK and projects across the EU. This has taught me to identify skills and talents in others to help them grow, and achieve business objectives. Through my project management I have pro-actively stayed ahead of the game, by identifying potential problems and putting solutions in place to prevent them. An example of this has been travelling to Germany to deliver training on their site when their HR Manager was absent during the project launch. By doing this it meant there was no delay in Germany launching their section of the project and I was still able to achieve my overall deadline. I have excellent attention to detail, and keep copious records to ensure information can be easily recalled. In my former HR role my data storage rivalled that of the UK National Archives. A professional reliable service from me is second to none. I am proud that deadlines are achieved; communication lines are open and honest. I work best when there is lots going on and I can organise tasks and people to be in the right place at the right time. While working from home I have a full office environment available to me. I have worked remotely for some time now. During my work for Amazon I worked a variety of flexible hours to be able to meet deadlines and talk with my US colleagues, no matter what coast they were based on. Through working in HR for so long, confidentiality is second nature to me. That said I enjoy speaking to people as it’s a great way to stay in contact with what’s going on and learning more about the business. A valuable tool (besides speaking) is listening. A friendly ear means so much to people when they have issues or concerns. Time spent listening to others in this way is rarely time wasted. I am currently freelancing on a part time basis for an Executive Search Agency, where I source mid – senior level candidates for Fortune 500 companies. I work across the UK, EU and US. I thoroughly enjoy this work as I am able to use my investigative skills to seek great candidates and I always get my man (so as to speak) and I get to talk to so many interesting people all the time. I have learnt so much about different roles it is really so interesting. I would enjoy sharing my skills with you and am prepared for the challenge. I have based my bid on on working 5 hrs over a week.
