I would like to know what the topic of the conference is and what company I would be representing as well as the reason why you prefer to hire a freelancer than sending one of your staff members to attend the conference. Exchanging business cards and taking pictures is easy enough however only getting a business cards without any other information is hardly a qualified business lead so I'm wondering why you are taking this approach.
