I am a real estate agent that produces videos (3x a month). I am currently creating videos myself using the program ‘HITFILM’ and am wanting to hire a freelancer to create BETTER videos that will help me get more views and engagement. Please see my last video:

As shown, the animations/graphics MATCH the words that I am saying… (for example – go over to 1:50 and you’ll notice that the animations perfectly match what I am saying… that properties are selling FAST and OVER ASKING PRICE …. And it is a good time to buy a detached house, etc….. then notice at 1:58 the economics graphic as I begin talking about the economy. Please note, I do not have a GREEN SCREEN… I would ideally like to have a different background behind me… This is up to you. Whatever you think will look good. I would say my skill of video editing is only 5/10… I am wanting to hire someone who can do a 9/10 job. Ideally, you would do the whole thing, and I wouldn’t have to make any edits. The less involved I am, the better it will be.
Once I have confirmed the video is good, you will send it to me in full quality, and be posting it onto my youtube channel with a catchy thumbnail, and the appropriate tags, and the appropriate youtube description. Note, you will be posting it as a PRIVATE video so that I can confirm it looks good first. After this is complete, you will be posting it to my social media PERSONAL page, BUSINESS page, and home website.
