youtube intro video

I have a youtube channell [login to view URL] and i would like to change the intro videos that I have to start my videos. As an example see video: [login to view URL] my problem is, the existing intro was copied from a template and is also 10 seconds which too long. I would like a custom, non templated maximum 4 second intro video that says TAB VENTURES then some where in there that briefly says – Tab Media Productions. TAB Media titled as a fancy logo. I want something that is captivating, punchy. feel free to use other videos in my channel as a collage.
