Powershell / VBScript to collate website testing results

My project requires a programmatic way of duplicating the same results for testing scenarios and collating results into a Tabbed Delimited Format to import to a spreadsheet or basic SQL Database for analysis. The execution will be done as a piped command with some identifiable Test plan / numbering to capture which test the run relates to.
