Requirements At least 4+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, or similar role Experience with or background in visual design Business-driven approach Ability to be self-directed when needed Ability to rapidly solve problems and make decisions Ability to think outside the box Excellent communicator able to to present a strong rationale for design decisions Fluency in best practices for interaction design, user-centered design process Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project Strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques. A portfolio of design cases specific for China market with clear business outcomes Proficiency with design/prototyping software Strong time management skills Strong skills in English Passion for emerging technologies Duties Execute from concept to final deployment all design stages for the identified product. Design workflows that meet product specifications and which result in a positive user-experience Conduct researches and analyze data generated from builds and lab experiments. Produce high-quality user interfaces and visual designs - from concept to execution for web and mobile devices Work closely with product managers and engineers to get features developed and launched Assess and make necessary judgment calls between user experience and developer efforts Conduct the customer development studies Contribute to product strategy and vision
