2d and 3d designer needed assets, max budget is £20

MY MAXIUMUM BUDGET FOR ALL IS £20 hi so i need 2d/3d designs for a game im making in unity , the designs need to be well designed and nor copyrighted, i need someone who can think imaginative about the designs and give more imput , if more input and more work is done i will be rewarding you more , I WILL NOT SPEAK TO PEOPLE WHO TIME WASTE AND DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE PROJECT BASE AND BUDGET TIME WASTERS WILL BE BLOCKED STRAIGHT AWAY assets list is below Assets needed 10 different portraite design of background in 2d , background styles for example theme designs like city, neighbourhood, football stadium each design needs to be designed seperatly so in unity we can make parralex background (so moving background effect)etc i also need a basketball stand that can match for all the themes of background balls- 10 different football designs, rugby , tennis ball, basketball, volleyball, cricket ball, etc in total than i want funky ball designs , really cool and animated in total i need 40
