Android/iOS app development for Language/Game App

Brief: What we need is a programmer that can design (UX) and program (HTML) a language game (App) for smartphones. The requirement is a game/quiz app that teaches the Danish Language to a Greenlandic audience. All creatives will be shared by the client, we have to consult on UX and build + launch the app. The game will consist of 6 levels with quiz, rebus, pictures and animations.
