Bootstrap Coding -- 2

I need some assistance moving a existing bootstrap/MVC project along. Some of the things that I need done is 1. I need 2 pages checked for un-needed javascript files that are slowing down page loading. 2. I need a session timeout plugin setup. 3. The button-icons are not showing on certain browsers, i need to have it fixed. 4. Bootstrap Modal works and loads info as desired but is not centered (" it loads on the right side of the page"). I need this fixed. 5. I need SignalR push notification setup for application messaging. The messaging controller and view is already setup and works, I need the real-time notification integrated. 6. There are a few more small things such as setting up 2 or 3 simple "edit" views... We can discuss in more detail.
