Die Cast Aluminum Box

I require design for a custom die-cast aluminum box(enclosure) of L=186.5mm X W=122mm X H=[login to view URL] basic details of the box on this link: [login to view URL] Additional details are as follows: (1) The box enclosure should be waterproof. preferably IP 68. However, IP 66 or 67 would still be acceptable. We suggest you incorporate rubber O-ring for the sealing. (2) The screw should be sunken i.e the head of screw is not exposed on the surface. It is rather deeply inserted inside the hole. (3) The main lid uses M5 screw of ~ 20mm. Round Head. (4) The small lid uses M3 Countersank or M5 round head 20mm. (5) The main lid and the Box lower part( base section/ body) should have a sealing gasket at the point of enclosure/joint to improve waterproofing ability. (6) The main lid has handles. It also has a small compartment(box) with small lid of flat plate. (7) The box is symmetrical. (8) unless stated otherwise or you otherwise deem fit, the thickness is 3mm. All measurement and dimension are in mm. (9) Refer to the sample photos of box for guideline in design. The hand drawing has the full concept. (10) You are allowed to suggest changes or improvements that you may like. I will be happy to adopt your suggestions. (11) The small lid on for the small compartment is not shown. Your work should show the lid. (12A) Refer to picture in PDF for internal structure of the base section.
