Create an explainer video for my marketing company

Hi Freelancers, I need a Explainer Video for my Online Marketing Company. (No cartoon characters) I need a video similar to this > [login to view URL] Explaining my website and its features (no cartoon characters). Video is around 3 Minutes. I will send you the script which shows what you need to show for each line of script. (things that are not mentioned, you need to be creative). Script and Audio is ready. (so you must match video to audio). Please Note: Freelancer must deliver fast (4-5 Business Days) Quality must be HDD. Crystal clear quality. Video must have amazing effects and keep the viewer on alert. Show different camera angles and things popping up on the screen. Payment: No upfront payments. 10% Milestone and the rest when work is complete. Not negotiable (this is how our system works) Budget: $150- $200 AUD depending on your quality of work.
