Animation or video for recruitment of new employees

Hi freelancers, we need an animation or video, that we can post on Facebook for the recruitment of new accounting employees. The animation or video should have English voice-over. We want to tell a little about the job and our company. And also what type of employees we are looking for. Duration of the animation or video should be 1-3 minutes. Should be uploaded to Vimeo (we have an account). And the format optimized for showing on Facebook. We will provide a text that can be adapted to fit the script. We do not make a script and expect that you can come up with a creative idea that will make candidates aged 24-30 years of age watch the animation or video. The animation or video should be made for an European audience. We are recruiting employees for our office in Szczecin in Poland. Therefore the animation or video can contain details about the city of Szczecin. Location of our office. A job description. Salary expectations and so on. We have seen many animated videos in the past that we really liked, so it could be an animated video telling a story about applying for work with us. Or it can be made as a normal video, however we do not have any video material we can provide. We are looking forward to see some ideas.
