Hi my name is Shashikant. i am having total 8 years of experience working for BPO and IT companies. In past I have taken calls for Microsoft technical Support USA, Symantec technical support USA and EXA web solution( Australian Company). My last job was EXA web solution where i have taken calls for 5 years. we used to do everything from lead generation to setting appointment for our consultant based in Australia. I am very good with telemarketing, customer care, convincing skill and technical support.

Telemarketing is my hobby and I just love doing negotiations. Interacting with the customers & building rapport is really a nice experience for me . I don't have any telemarketing experience but i placed my application anyway because you can't get on with life if you don't try. I have experience in dealing with business owners and staff or workers when I was working with a local trucking service and dealing with the general public during my stint with a government agency, so you can be assured that my communication skills is at par.
