Config ISPConfig remove Apache, install and work NGINX

I have a Debian server that has ISPConfig on it, I can't uninstall or reinstall. I tried to remove apache and install nginx. Once I did this it will no longer serve webpages. Based on reading it looks like port 80 issue. However I couldn't figure it out. I uninstalled Nginx, reenlisted apache and still will not server. What I need... I need apache uninstalled and nginx installed and working. Jeremy

EDIT: we can start by disablinng ISPConfig, uninstalling Apache and thne installing Nginx
