Install/configure asterisk server with freepbx and a2billing

I'm looking for someone with very good experience in the following: - server administration - asterisk - freepbx - a2billing - train me how to use/operate freepbx and a2billing I would like to use CentOS as the base distro, and I want everything very stable and secure. You will setup all the configurations of the whole system from the distro all the way to all trunking and setting up extensions. I'll be using this server for myself as well as selling hosted pbx to my clients. You will setup long distance rates as well as long distance cards with pin codes. You will have to setup the dns properly as well as the firewall. You also have to setup e911 properly. You also have to find the cheapest clearest DID providers that provide Canadian phone numbers, specially area codes 780, 403, and maybe even 587 if available. Basically I want to build a hosted pbx system from scratch to a fully functional system ready to start using it without further modifications. Currently I'm planning to do all of the above on a single server, but you must have the knowledge to separate the a2billing from the pbx server, as well as having experience in clustering and load-balancing, as we're planning on expanding once we reach our maximum load on the first server. I'm interested in long term relationship, as you will be the main administrator for this server and maybe other servers that we already own or that we're planning to develop in the near future. If you have experience in the following, please quote me separately in pm, and I'll decide if I will also give you this work as well or not: - web design, and integration with a2billing, so customers can order services from us, pay for it, and it gets activated immediately. As well as selling long distance phone cards with pin codes online, so customers can order their card online, and pay for it, then receive it by email instantly with their pin code and the access numbers. - custom develop the customer's access panel to have a completely different look than the default, maybe we can make it match our website theme and rebrand it to our brand. - custom module development, as we may need some custom modules developed in the future, if you have such experience please let me know. I know some of you are going to quote me some outrageous numbers where it's impossible to bare. As I mentioned earlier, I'm interested in long term relationship, you will manage the server whenever I can't resolve an issue myself (most of the time), so please try to give me your best price possible.
