Focus items: 1. Built on docker 2. Modular the following modules built (Users, ACL, Menu) 3. A good admin template integrated with Symfony Forms 4. ACL with a web interface: Grant/Revoke access to Groups and Users. User access > Group Access 5. All Entities/Tables must be created via migrations and ALWAYS use migrations to alter/create/drop/etc. db structure 6. Code structure must be clean and well documented. 7. Use git If you think you can create this app or have questions let's have a call. Please read the attached document as it contains a better form of the request.

Hello, if you need this project for yourself and not as a test, ApiPlatform has built-in react admin, which is easier to modify if you need minor additional functionality than to use a separate admin bundle and forms. Also opinionated ACL were deprecated in favor of more generic voters.
