Xcode WKWebView Permit General Downloading (links)

(Xcode 10.1) - In my WKWebView project I cannot download files from the coded URL. It's apparently is not the [login to view URL] file (entries). While there are ways to download specified files in Swift coding (programmably), I'm looking to download from links in general. At this point I also cannot download images either. What I do get is the RIGHT CLICK mini-menu with options to download but those are also non-functional. I would like to simply click on a link and a relative pop up shows allowing me to go from there (like on a normal web browser).
