I need a simple accounting site that allows manager to imput data and for president of company to view. The site will do the following: Be password protected with president assigning passwords, allow manager to imput client/company name,address,contact number, charge to each customer, needs to have to charge specific charges for each customer but if this is not a big problem that would be great. For example, a customer is charged for a 10 #ABC fire extinguisher @ $X and other products that could be done on a drop down screen with the manager/president having ability to override price of products), product list to be provided to webmaster. Very important these products are already charged to the client when they are imputed, the importance of the site is to see pay the manager (manager receives a precent of earnings), to see amount charged to clients for each week, day, month, year (weekly is normal), to see percent of pay going to manager (manager receives pay then pays his employees out of this pay). I think most of this can be done employing somesort of site that looks like a shopping cart type of programing. I am putting this in the 300+ category but it needs to stay on the low end. I think almost any shopping cart type site could be modified rapidly to have a company logo etc., log needed. Think of the site as manager logs in like a customer of any site then shops for the products for other customers, there is a total, the manager gets a commission 15% on fire extinguisher sales (at this time), and $35 per location for checking fire systems in restaurants.
