Develop Windows surface application for drawing, editing and generating word report

Descriptioin Develop standalone software which can convert PDF files into editable simple Floor drawings, draw on existing drawing or create new or both. - This will be system based application, everything will be saved in system and application. - Application should be windows surface based, and workable on touch screen devices- windows surface - User able to import a PDF file into a project file, and able to edit the drawings - User able to create a project file and able to draw a simple floor Plan drawing. - User can select any point on the drawing and able to put an arrow in any direction. - User has the option to click the photo(Pics) before or after he plot on the drawing - Arrow will be having auto sequential numbering (editable) , with Photos as well. - able to select /discard/ retake option for photos - There will be default name of the photos, with 2 options to select “default (general) and damaged. - The clicked photos will be saved in a project file 4-6 photos per page with sequential numbering matching the arrows on drawing. - Able to save the project in PDF/word file. - Just a thought- App can integrate the function of MS Paint, Ms Word, Picture camera.
