Looks like you need a system where you can open a "job" with the option to assign it to an employee, and add notes with a time limit to it, each of which will trigger an alert , so you check if the steps are done on time etc. I will need a more detailed description of how you want it to work, but it is not a difficult thing to do. Just time consuming......

You can store client records in different modules, for simple clients, organizations or leads, you can create Invoices, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders and Quotes and from them you can create PDF files that you can send directly to the client.
