I´ve been working as GIS consultant for the last ten years, making more than a thousand maps using any type of CAD and GIS software:
- ArcGIS 10.1, 10 y 9.3, ArcGIS for Server 10 and 10.1, Geoserver, Postgre SQL and arcSDE databases, IDRISI, Global Mapper, QGis, gvSIG, etc.
- Autodesk: AutoCad, Map and Civil 3D
Combining those with other software like Adobe Indesign, Photoshop or After Effects.
I´ve been working for all kind of projects: development of impact studies and environmental sustainability reports, plans and environmental monitoring programs, implementation and monitoring of corrective measures, environmental restoration projects and revegetation, environmental thematic mapping, geographic information systems, geomarketing, etc.
I have also recently been the teacher of three courses of AutoCAD, and I have some experience programming in python and arcpy. And also creating web-mapping pages with Arcgis viewer for flex or silverlight and openlayers, leaflet or Google maps.
I also have and administrate my own server with unlimited space and traffic band, to easily upload and download files to and from it. Considering the volume of data generated by raster files, or even big shapefiles, it's really usefull and increases productivity.
I can work up to 30 hours per week or even more if its needed.
There are some examples in my portfolio.
Thank you.
