I have over 20 years of experience working in IT. Over 10 years in Australia as a contract programmer for companies like NAB, Bosch, etc. I am now based in Malaysia. I am very good at communicating with clients and understanding and solving complex problems. Your spec is very general and lacks details. However I can see your job is simple and straight forward but requires a lot of effort and attention to detail. I assume that you will be the only one using the app and you generate printed invoices for your clients. There is no access for clients. I have extensive experience with PHP, Javascript, JQuery, Responsive design, Ajax, CSS3 & mySql. I also use CodeIgniter. I prefer projects where the clients are ready to go and committed to finishing the project ASAP. In my last project, my client told me he was informed by his programmer that the project may take up to a month. It was a complicated PLC system interfaced with a CSS 3D UI. I quoted 6 days. We finished the project in 10 days due to delays by his programmer. We need further discussion to confirm if my assumptions are correct, your requirement is met and if your budget and my bid is reasonable. Lets talk more. Initially I would like to use Skype to get to know the client and see if we are comfortable and can communicate well with each other. Thank you for considering my bid.

We are a design company based in Auckland. We started our company ( 6 years ago) with a contract to design and build for an Australian company. 3 years ago we went out of our own. I have been involved in support and modifications for accounting packages include in both Australia and New Zealand and I am personally skilled at intergration. I also understand the accounting process include linking with Xero. I am also familar with Xero as its been our own accounting system for some time. Normal we start with a specification document which we both sign. 2. We setup a document that states all the deliverables and dates. 2. We produce wireframe so you can see how its going to look. 3. We develop and QA the site on our develop server unless you wish for to be on yours. 6. Once the site is build we get you to check it then approve the go live. 7.
